She gave me plenty of information from the time I booked all the way till the day before my appointment! I was fully prepared and comfortable with what to expect. Once I arrived, she was organized and walked me through the entire process before we started so I knew what to expect. Miss Joy professionally applied my makeup, and gave my hairdo a total makeover! She took all the time needed to get the “right” shot. She put a portfolio together for me to view that day! I was able to weed through & find my favorite shots quickly and easily.
